Renee Vassiliou is an Australian Contemporary Artist whose work is best known for its layers of texture and colour, creating abstract interpretive works. Her paintings are often inspired by the colour palettes of nature, interior and fashion trends.

Renee’s background in Design, Painting and Textiles is evident in the creation of her work. Having completed an Advanced Certificate in Art and Design at TAFE and a Bachelor of Arts (ART) at Curtin University, the artist’s works beautifully amalgamate paint and mixed media.

Renee’s work furnishes homes and corporate settings around Australia and can be found in galleries, exhibitions and private collections.

Renee's last solo exhibition took place at leading Western Australian Gallery "GADFLY GALLERY" in Dalkeith. "ARC Studios", well known for their contemporary custom furniture design, also have an ongoing partnership supporting Renee's latest creations. Currently Renee is working on her newest body of work once again highlighting her signature style with a focus on texture and colour.
